FRANK CID
CEO, Founder
Frank Cid is the founder of CrowdChayne. He has worked in investment banking for over 25 years completing a wide variety of middle market capital formation and advisory transactions in numerous industries. These involve both privately held and publicly traded companies. Mr. Cid is sector agnostic when it comes to raising capital. He works with pre-revenue startups as well as Nano-cap, and micro-cap publicly listed companies.
Mr. Cid has helped to fund hundreds of companies from the start-up stage and has a working knowledge of taking a company from the early seed stages all the way to an exit whether that be a buy out or an IPO.
WOODY DORILUS
Managing Director
Prior to joining CrowdChayne Mr. Dorilus was a Financial Advisor. With a focus on high net worth individuals, Woody helped his clients achieve their financial life goals. Obtaining financial freedom after retirement is a common goal for many, and Woody realized he wanted to do more to help people secure their futures. Now, his focus is bringing these individual's wealth to the next level to provide the financial security they are looking for.

NICOLAS LIN

Serial entrepreneur and visionary, Mr. Lin is an experienced corporate finance executive with over a decade of experience advising Asian clients in Equity Capital Markets transactions. Mr. Lin currently serves as Director of Advance Opportunities Fund and Advance Opportunities Fund I. Both capital funds focus on investing in publicly listed companies in South East Asia. Mr. Lin is also currently a Co-founder of Gear Capital Partners Limited, a financial advisory firm advising companies for overseas listing, restructuring and fundraising.
Mr. Lin was a Director of Asia Pacific at TAG Asia Partners LLC (licensed investment banking of US capital market) - The Alberleen Group. He was a Manager at 8i Capital Limited, where he was involved in advising businesses to list in the United States and London, fundraising and restructuring work.
He serves on the boards of pre-IPO and publicly-traded companies, including Hawkeye Systems, Inc. (OTCQB: HWKE), Admin Director of Moxian, Inc. (NASDAQ:MOXC), Director of Rebel Group, Inc. (OTCQB:REBL), CEO and Director of Technovative Group, Inc. (OTCQB:TEHG). He was an Analyst at Chance Investment Inc., providing advisory on mergers & acquisitions and fund-raising to enterprises in China, and Executive Director of Bard Ventures Ltd., a TSX-Ventures listed company focused in mining, where he oversaw corporate matters.
Mr. Lin has advised on the execution of multiple series of capital raising activities and restructuring exercises, mergers & acquisitions, including but not limited to equity private placements, convertible bond, rights issues for public companies and their subsidiaries.
Mr. Lin received his LLB law degree from Queen Mary University of London School of Law in June 2010.

Dr. Zemon serves currently as Chairman of Department of Surgical Specialties at Westmed Medical Group in Westchester, NY; general surgeon at White Plains Hospital & Greenwich Hospital, and Co-Director at Rye Ambulatory Surgery Center.
Dr. Zemon facilitated the rebuilding of surgeons’ practices during the pandemic for early re-engagement. He developed protocols for Ambulatory Surgery Center re-openings after the Coronavirus pandemic including testing, screening, patient flow and case prioritization. Dr. Zemon revised office-based surgery protocols to include safety measures for handling potential Coronavirus-infected patients.
He advised surgeons on furloughs for surgical sub-specialties to minimize financial losses during the pandemic. He regularly conducts risk management assessments and root cause analysis for adverse surgical events. Dr. Zemon also implemented process improvement initiatives for the Robotic Surgery Team.
Dr. Zemon regularly advise in areas of healthcare/ medical devices technology, risk management & quality assurance, financial committees & analysis, executive leadership & mentoring, operational management, strategic business planning, development and expansion. Dr. Zemon has been written up in numerous medical publications and medical journals.
Dr. Harry Zemon completed his M.D., Doctorate of Medicine (1998) and his residency (1998 to 2001) & (2003 to 2005) at George Washington University School of Medicine, Washington, DC.

Ms. King holds multiple patents in cosmetic formulations. Her star products include the revolutionary Joico ICE SPIKER, water resistant hair glue, Freeze 24.7 Ice Shield, SPF 15 face wash, Avon Advance Techniques Color Protection series, Avon True Color Eye shadow, and Daring Definition Mousse Mascara.
Ginger King is the founder of Grace Kingdom Beauty, a cosmetic product development firm in New Jersey, and the CEO of FanLoveBeauty, a clean vegan beauty brand devoted to working professionals. She previously held management positions at Barnet Products Corporation, (cosmetic raw materials), ChemAid Laboratories (contract manufacturer), Freeze 24/7 International (cosmetic brand), Avon Products Inc. (Fortune 500 company), Joico Laboratories (salon hair care) and Jason Natural Cosmetics (natural cosmetics).
She is frequently written up and quoted by top beauty magazines such as Allure, Self, Marie Claire, Harpers Bazaar, Shape, Teen Vogue and Women’s Health, as well as having served as Beauty Judge for Allure Magazine’s famed Breakthrough Products awards and Yahoo’s Diversity In Beauty award.
Ms. King received her Master's Degree in Natural Product Chemistry in 1992 from San Jose State University and periodically serves as adjunct professor for a class on Business of Fashion/Beauty at Rutgers University School of Business.
KAMAL BATHLA SINGH

A thought leader who led multiple highly profitable ventures, Kamal Singh founded and is currently serving as Managing Director of Maestro Technologies Inc. Mr. Singh put Maestro Technologies on the Inc 500 chart of fastest growing private companies in US, listing three years in a row - 2011, 2012 and 2013, and has become a go-to consultant in Big Data Solutions and Delivery services for the financial industry.
Mr. Singh started his career with Lehman Brothers in 1990, and went to JP Morgan where he worked in compliance and regulations, later becoming their SVP and Technology Director. Subsequently, he co-founded Maestro Technologies in 1993 where he won independent IT consulting contracts for companies like JP Morgan, Toronto Dominion Bank (now TD Ameritrade) and Goldman Sachs for almost two decades.
